We: (i) provide customized investment advice to our investor clients; (ii) we provide generalized investment recommendations through publicly-available reports from our Research Department; (iii) act as the issuer’s agent or underwriter in the distribution of new issues of securities; (iv) provide corporate finance and merger & acquisition advisory services; (v) assist companies interested in becoming publicly-traded; and (vi) we participate in securities trading, order execution and market making activities on marketplaces such as the TSX and the TSX-V.

The members of the Investment Banking Team at Byron Capital Markets have experience and success with domestic and international financings and advisory mandates in sectors such as natural resources, mining, energy, technology, biotech and healthcare.
